Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Ayeina Affiliate Program.
By registering as an affiliate you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Ayeina Affiliate Program operated by Ayeina.
By submitting an affiliate application or promoting Ayeina products you confirm that you have read understood and accepted these terms.
2. Eligibility
To join the affiliate program you must
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Have a valid and approved payment method
Ayeina reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Relationship
Participation in this program does not create any employment partnership joint venture or agency relationship between you and Ayeina.
Affiliates act solely as independent promoters.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions only on products that are specifically approved and agreed for affiliate promotion.
Commission rates may be percentage based or fixed amounts depending on the product and campaign.
Commissions are earned only when
A confirmed sale is completed
Payment is successfully received from the customer
The order is not refunded cancelled or disputed
Ayeina reserves the right to revise commission structures with prior notice.
5. Tracking and Attribution
Affiliate sales are tracked through unique referral links or affiliate discount codes assigned to each affiliate.
Ayeina cannot guarantee tracking in cases involving
Disabled cookies
Browser or device limitations
Technical issues beyond its control
Only properly tracked and validated sales will qualify for commission.
6. Commission Payments
Affiliate commissions may be paid using one of the following methods as determined by Ayeina.
Payment via PayPal to the affiliate registered PayPal email address
Payment in the form of discount codes or store credit usable on Ayeina products
The payment method may vary by campaign or agreement and will be communicated in advance.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Commissions will not be paid for
Refunded or returned orders
Chargebacks or payment disputes
Fraudulent or self referred transactions
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal details where applicable.
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Ayeina products using approved channels including websites social media blogs and content platforms.
Affiliates must not
Make misleading or false claims
Use spam or unsolicited communication
Run paid ads using the Ayeina brand name without written approval
Present themselves as official representatives of Ayeina
All promotions must be truthful transparent and compliant with applicable advertising regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
Ayeina grants affiliates a limited non transferable and non exclusive license to use approved marketing assets solely for affiliate promotion.
Affiliates may not
Modify brand assets without approval
Register domains or social accounts using the Ayeina name
Use Ayeina branding for unrelated products or services
All intellectual property remains the property of Ayeina.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.
Ayeina may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in
Fraud or abuse
Violation of these terms
Unethical promotional practices
Upon termination affiliates must immediately discontinue all promotional use of Ayeina materials.
Outstanding commissions may be withheld if violations are identified.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep confidential all non public information including commission rates product plans and internal communication.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ayeina shall not be liable for indirect incidental or consequential losses arising from affiliate participation including loss of income or profits.
12. Modifications
Ayeina reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Ayeina operates.
